Ogden Benefits Administration is a third party administrator specializing in the design and management of employee benefit plans. These include plans that are self funded under fully insured, self-funded with reinsurance, dental, vision, HRA's and FSA's. Our services include the administration of the total plan to include claims, premiums, HIPPA, COBRA and non-claim functions. We strive to assist our clients in providing their employees competitive benefits at an affordable cost by utilizing cost control measures like plan design, case management and special ppo repricing. We work with leaders in the insurance industry and utilize state of the art technology in our administration of the benefit plans. In January 2008 OBA purchased Employee Benefit Concepts (EBC) a TPA specializing in the administration of self funded plans under fully insured high deductibles for groups with 10-100 employees.

In September 2008 OBA purchased Variable Protection Administrators (VPA) a TPA specializing in self funded plans with stop-loss.
