Premium Management Program

Premium Management Program (PMP) is a solution to providing medical benefits to employees in a cost effective manner. PMP utilizes a high deductible, fully insured, health plan as the foundation for employee coverage. The deductible and any co-insurance are then transformed =nto a plan the employees can use on a daily basis, usually with a much lower deductible to the employee. An example might be:
1. Employer deductible and co-insurance - $2500 per employee
2. Employee deductible and co-insurance - $750 per employee
