Privacy Policy.
Effective Date: November 2, 2026
Last Updated: November 2, 2026
Olive Branch Administration Inc. ("Olive Branch," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. It is intended to meet the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA") and its regulations, the California Online Privacy Protection Act ("CalOPPA"), Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, other applicable U.S. state privacy laws, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), and the CAN-SPAM Act.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website at www.obatpa.com and any related web pages, online forms, and portals that link to this policy (together, the "Website"), and through our other interactions with you, such as by email, phone, or at events (together, our "Services").
1. Health and Plan Information (HIPAA Notice)
Olive Branch provides third-party administration services to employer-sponsored and other benefit plans. When we receive protected health information ("PHI") on behalf of a health plan, we act as a "business associate" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its regulations ("HIPAA"). PHI is used and disclosed only as permitted by HIPAA, our business associate agreements, and the applicable plan's Notice of Privacy Practices, and is not governed by this Privacy Policy. For questions about how your health plan uses your PHI, or to exercise your HIPAA rights, please refer to your plan's Notice of Privacy Practices or contact your plan administrator. Similarly, information we process solely on behalf of a client employer or plan sponsor is handled according to our contract with that client, and requests about it may be referred to the client.
Many state privacy laws, including the CCPA, exempt PHI and certain other regulated information. Where an exemption applies, the rights described in Sections 10 through 12 may not apply to that information.

We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
7. Sensitive Personal Information
We use and disclose sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted by Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 7027(m), such as providing the Services you request, ensuring security and integrity, and preventing fraud. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. Because of this, we do not offer a right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

We will use the information you provide in a request only to verify your identity and respond.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide your signed written permission and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us, unless the agent holds a valid power of attorney under California Probate Code §§ 4121 to 4130.

We do not charge a fee for responding unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Global Privacy Control
Our Website recognizes the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser and any profile we associate with it. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no further action is needed, and we will display whether we have processed your opt-out preference signal.
Opt-Out Request Honored. This browser is sending a Global Privacy Control signal, and we have processed it.
This browser is not sending a Global Privacy Control signal.

We do not use automated decision-making technology to make significant decisions about consumers, as defined in the CCPA regulations.

These laws contain exemptions, including for HIPAA-regulated entities and data, and may not apply to all of our activities. We will honor requests where required by law.
To submit a request, use the methods in Section 10. We will respond within 45 days, which may be extended by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary.
Right to appeal. If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing Admin@obatpa.com with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal" within a reasonable time after receiving our decision. If you agree to receive text messages from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Our Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
